If I’m being totally honest, this drink does not taste all that different from a classic french 75. In fact it tastes about the same. Also I will tell you a secret about edible flowers: Just because they are edible doesn’t mean they are tasty. It’s just a flower. Honestly I might as well pick random flowers off the street and they might well be just as edible. Anyways, all that said, half the fun of making a cocktail is dressing it up and making it a feast for the eyes, and while this cocktail may not taste much better than the classic French 75, it certainly makes up for it in visual appeal.
