Ingredients
- 1 Blood Orange
- Half a Lime
- 1 Shot Amaro Flora
- 2 Shots Bourbon
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 5 Drops smoky bitters
- 1 Shot simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Using a knife, create two garnish by carefully peeling off skin strips from the blood orange
- Combine egg white, juice of blood orange, juice of lime, simple syrup, bourbon, bitters, an amaro in shaker.
- Dry shake for 15 seconds
- Shake with ice for 15 seconds
- Double strain into two rocks glasses.
- Garnish with blood orange peel from step one
