Have fresh raspberries and need to put them to delightful use? Remix a classic with some smooth rice vodka. In this recipe I use Bedlam Vodka, but other rice vodkas may work.

Vodka Raspberry Gimlet

Ingredients
- 4 oz Bedlam Rice Vodka
- 1 Lime
- 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 10 Raspberries
Instructions
- Juice the lime into a cocktail shaker
- Add the simple syrup
- Add in the raspberries
- Muddle the raspberries into the juice and syrup, try to break up the berries as much as possible
- Add in the vodka
- Fill the shaker halfway up with ice
- Shake 15 - 25 seconds
- Double strain the cocktail into two coupe glasses
- Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe will come out relatively sweet and sour, reduce the lime juice and/or the simple syrup to make it a little more boozy.
