Also called a Rum Buck, or a Dark N' Stormy but only if you use Goslings Black Seal Rum for legal purposes

Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz Black Rum
- 1 Bottle of Ginger Beer
- 2 Highball Glasses
Instructions
- Cut your lime into six equal size wedges
- Squeeze two lime wedges into each of the glasses, leaving the peels in the glasses
- Fill the glass halfway up with ice
- Split the ginger beer between the two glasses, depending on the size of the glasses you may not use all the ginger beer, make sure to leave room for rum
- Apply a few dashes of bitters to each glass atop the drink
- Take a spoon and place it upside down so the edges of the spoon are under the surface of the drink but the center is above the surface
- Pour 2 oz of rum over the spoon carefully to get the rum to float on top
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the second drink
- Cut a slice into the remaining two lime wedges across the short side, from the center to the peel
- Place the lime wedges on the edge of the glass
- Enjoy the sight of the beautiful drink
- You may want to stir the drink together to get a better mix
