Ingredients
- 15 Blueberries for the drink
- 6 More blueberries for garnish ( optional )
- 4oz Vodka
- 1 Egg White
- 1oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Lime
- 2oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add the simple syrup to a cocktail shaker
- Juice the lime into the cocktail shaker
- Add the blueberries to the cocktail shaker
- Muddle the blueberries into the drink mixture, break up the berries as much as possble
- Add in the egg white
- Add in the Vodka
- Add in the Sweet Vermouth
- Dry Shake for 20 seconds
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 20 seconds
- Double strain into two coupe glasses
- Garnish each drink with three blueberries on a toothpick
